ai.ffection Terms of Use

By using ai.ffection, you agree that you have read in full, understood, and accepted to be legally bound by the terms contained herein, in addition to our Privacy Policy and the respective Terms of Service of each Mini App (MA) you access, if any. All of the aforementioned terms may be amended from time to time without notice. Your continued access to and use of ai.ffection shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms and all other terms that are incorporated herein, including any updates or modifications to them from time to time.

• All in-app purchases, including game boosts and other items, are designed purely for entertainment purposes. These purchases do not constitute investments and hold no financial value beyond the game.
• Players make purchases voluntarily and are solely responsible for their decisions. ai.ffection does not assume any liability for any outcomes, financial or otherwise, resulting from in-game purchases.
• All transactions are final, and no refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law. Players should consider their own financial situation before making any in-game purchases.

• Payments conducted or initiated through ai.ffection (in crypto and/or fiat) are processed by a third-party provider.
• ai.ffection does not handle, manage, oversee, verify, or provide any sort of warranty over such transactions.
• Any disputes, claims, losses, misunderstandings, technical errors, or issues of any kind (both accidental and allegedly intentional) related to payments or transactions must be directed towards the respective payment provider or service provider (SP).
• ai.ffection bears no responsibility whatsoever and will not be a party to any payment-related disputes or discussions, nor is it liable for any losses or damages the parties involved may incur.

• General Disclaimer: ai.ffection is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the operation of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
• No Warranty for Performance: ai.ffection does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service or the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.
• No Warranty for Technical Issues: ai.ffection is not responsible for any technical malfunction, including but not limited to issues with blockchain technology, server malfunctions, software bugs, or connectivity problems that may affect the performance or availability of the Service.
• No Liability for User Conduct: ai.ffection does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the conduct of any user of the Service and is not responsible or liable for any user-generated content or actions taken by users of the Service.
• No Warranty for Third-Party Services: The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ai.ffection. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that ai.ffection shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
• Limitation of Liability for Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ai.ffection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; (iv) any other matter relating to the Service.

• All content, features, functionality, and materials available on or through ai.ffection, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Katalin Business Alliance or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
• The compilation of all content on this Service is the exclusive property of Katalin Business Alliance and protected by international copyright laws.
• All trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, trade names, and trade dress (collectively "Marks") displayed on the Service are the property of Katalin Business Alliance or their respective owners. You are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of Katalin Business Alliance or the respective owners.
• You agree not to modify, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, visit, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written consent of Katalin Business Alliance.
• Any unauthorized use of the intellectual property displayed on the Service is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy and publicity laws, and communications regulations and statutes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai.ffection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content; and (v) any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ai.ffection and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [30 days] notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
